🚍 Ground Transportation

Shuttle transportation is provided for EGM attendees between the Marriott Royal and Delta Hotel by Marriott and Ashton Gate.  

At the end of sessions on Thursday, shuttle transportation is also provided from Ashton Gate to Bristol Airport (BRS) and Bristol Temple Meads Railway Station.

🅿️ Parking

Hotel parking: Please check directly with your hotel regarding daily and overnight parking facilities and rates. 

Ashton Gate: Complimentary parking is available at Ashton Gate for EGM attendees. Drivers must register their vehicle each day when they arrive onsite using the QR code provided by car park attendants or Epic staff at the EGM registration desk. Vehicles not registered on each day via the daily QR code provided are subject to fines.

Bristol Clean Air Zone (CAZ): The Marriott Royal, Delta Hotel, and We The Curious are all located within the CAZ. Ashton Gate is just outside of the CAZ. Charges apply for driving certain vehicles through the zone. More information is available here: www.bristol.gov.uk/residents/streets-travel/bristols-caz.

🧳 Luggage & Coat Check

A complimentary luggage & coat check is available at Ashton Gate.

Wednesday 21st: 8.00-17.15
